Welcome To Class 3-204
Dear Parents of Class 3-204,
Welcome to the 2018-2020 school year at PS 119. Your child will have the advantage of having two teachers this school year. Our names are Mrs. Miciotta and Ms. Sealy. We are delighted to have your child in our classroom and look forward to sharing the school year together with him/her. We will strive to create an educational partnership with you and your student that will encourage determination and desire for knowledge. In addition to this, our commitment as educators will be to provide your student with a nurturing and challenging educational environment that will ensure his/her academic success.
Since attendance and appropriate behavior at school are important to the learning process, it is vital that your son/daughter attends school each day as a mature and responsible student. During the first week of school, we will be working together with the students to develop a set of classroom rules, rewards and consequences. If an absence or tardy is unavoidable, your son/daughter will have the opportunity to complete their missed assignments, but nothing can recreate the classroom environment filled with student/teacher interaction when a student is late or absent.
Through our strong partnership, we will make certain that our common goal is to have your son/daughter reach their full potential. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you in advance for both your support and partnership for the upcoming school year. We look forward to meeting you soon.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Miciotta
Ms. Sealy
